60 Day Rider Guarantee
Our 60 Day Riders Guarantee is simple.....
We offer our riders a 60 day guarantee, what this means is if you purchase a board, take it our for a ride, and don't LOVE your board... you will receive a refund! Sounds great and all, but I am sure your wondering what the process looks like. So here's the not so fine fine print:
- First you contact our team to begin the claim. We will happily talk through the process with you to ensure you are happy again, even though you weren't stoked on the board.
- You then cover shipping back to our warehouse, which can range from $40 to $60 (we ship for free and cant afford to offer the guarantee and free shipping everywhere!). If we inspect the board and there is not damage, we will process a full refund. If we notice damage to the board, it is up to our team to determine the cost to repair/replace.
- We will always be honest and transparent through these times, and ensure you are in the know the WHOLE time!
- Your refund will be processed onto the same card you made your purchase!
