After your order has been processed you will receive a receipt for the purchase, and if the order was made before 2pm, it will be shipped that day. If not, the board will be shipped within 24 hours ( business hours ). After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order.  

Shipping times depend on where you are located, but our average shipping time is 2-5 business days. If you have any questons for your order, please email native33co@gmail.com

The kits come with everything you need to get on the water for both the dock and boards. All brands we carry come with complete kits that include your fin, leash, paddle, pump, repair kit, and upgraded travel bag.

Your dock comes with carry case, pump, and repair kit. 

There is great options for additional accessories — If you can imagine it you can probably find it! But, when your order arrives, you are all set to pump it up and get out on the water right away. 

We want to make sure you are super stoked on your new Native33 product so we offer a 2 year warranty : 

• 2 years on the board, seals, and valves. This does not include the EVA traction pad. This is made of foam and can be damaged with misuse. But if your board is not hold any air - we guarantee to fix or replace it! 
• 1 year on all accessories that are included in the kit. This includes the pump. paddle board, and leash.
